Hi, I'm Henry.
I'm a speaker, host, edutainer, and storyteller helping leaders and teams develop Cross-Cultural Fluency — the ability to navigate cultures, honor different perspectives, and bring people together to build common ground.
Growing up between Vietnamese and French cultures and across three continents taught me to see our different cultures, perspectives, and stories as a source of connection, creativity, and belonging.
Today, I help leaders and teams:

I bring this work to life on stages and around tables — through keynotes, workshops, coaching, leadership dinners, storytelling salons, and gatherings around the world.
I've worked with leaders and teams at Google, PayPal, First Round, Techstars, and GrowthSpace, and spoken or hosted for organizations including SAP, FPT, Dutch and US Consulates, and the Australian government.
I'm also the founder of 10 Nexus Global — part school, part global living room: a cultural home for leaders, builders, and creators growing together.
